01 · MeasureAI energy management and carbon reporting

Know where every unit of energy goes. Then waste less of it.

Ionvik reads your meters and machines live, warns before demand peaks, plans solar and battery use, finds waste with AI, and turns it all into carbon and ESG reports.

Cheapest power first. Waste out.

Plan when to run on solar, battery or grid. Let the AI find idle machines, compressed-air leaks, night-time loads and poor scheduling, each with an estimated monthly saving.

Spectral lines of waste

Every kind of waste leaves the same shape in the data.

Savings Finder knows these six signatures and checks every metered load for them, every day. Amber marks the window that gives it away.

W1
Leak load
Compressed air

Signal Compressors keep cycling while every air-using machine is stopped.

W2
Stuck base load
Nights and weekends

Signal Load after closing stays above 40% of the daytime level.

W3
Idle running
Machines between batches

Signal Standby draw for long gaps between production counts.

W4
Early starts
Lines, HVAC, lighting

Signal Full load reached long before the first shift clocks in.

W5
Fighting systems
Chillers and AHUs

Signal Two chillers at low part-load together, or heating and cooling at once.

W6
Power factor dips
Capacitor banks

Signal PF drops at shift change when a capacitor stage fails to switch in.

Twelve sites. One fair yardstick.

Plants, buildings and campuses compared on energy per unit produced, per square foot or per occupied room, adjusted for weather so the ranking is about efficiency, not climate.

Half-life of a rollout

Thirty days from first reading to a locked baseline.

No rip and replace. Ionvik starts on the meters and systems you run today, and an Ionvik energy engineer stays with you through the first month.

  1. Day 11
    Connect

Gateway on the meter network or a link to your BMS. Upload the last 12 bills.

  2. Day 32
    Reconcile

Sub-meters are checked against the main incomer and the bill until the totals agree.

  3. Day 143
    First findings

Peak alerts are live and the first waste findings arrive with estimated savings.

  4. Day 304
    Baseline locked

Carbon Ledger closes its first month and every saving from here is measured.

Stable elements

Four things that never change, whatever plan you are on.

Your data stays yours

Energy data belongs to the customer. It is encrypted in transit and at rest and never sold.

Controls are off by default

Automatic control works only if you enable it, on loads you choose, within limits you approve.

Estimates say so

Savings before a fix are labelled as estimates. After the fix, the measured saving is reported beside them.

You sign off reports

ESG reports are prepared from your data for your review. Final reporting remains your responsibility.

QGroup · Questions

What plant heads and CFOs ask first.

Something else on your mind? Contact us and an energy engineer will reply.

Usually not. We work with existing smart meters, multifunction meters, PLC tags and BMS points, and suggest add-on meters only where a gap is costing you money.

Yes. Upload PDF bills and Ionvik extracts units, maximum demand, power factor, time-of-day consumption and every charge, then reconciles them with meter data.

Peak alerts work from the first week. Waste findings usually appear within two weeks of data. The free savings report estimates what is recoverable from one month of bills and meter data.

The energy and emissions sections are structured to map to the GHG Protocol, GRI 302 and 305, BRSR Principle 6 and the CDP Climate questionnaire.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role based per site, and every export is logged. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Only if you enable it, with limits you set: which loads, by how much, for how long and during which hours. It is off by default and every action is logged.
