The free savings report has no charge and no commitment, so no refund applies.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and you keep full access until then. Partial months are not refunded.
03Annual plans
- If you cancel within 30 days of the start of a new annual plan, we refund the full subscription fee.
- After 30 days, the annual plan runs to the end of its term and is not refunded, except where required by law.
- Sites removed partway through an annual term are credited against your next renewal.
04Edge gateways
Unused gateways in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Gateways that fail under normal use are replaced at no charge for the duration of your subscription.
05Meter surveys
Meter survey fees are credited against your first year if you subscribe. Once a survey visit has taken place, the fee is not refundable.
06How to request a refund
Send a request through the contact page with the account email and the invoice concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
