Terms of Service

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Account administrators control which users can see or act on each site.
• Tell us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.

Plans are priced per site per month in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Annual plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Adding sites changes the fee from the next billing cycle. Edge gateway hardware and meter surveys are charged as listed at the time of order.

Savings shown before a change is made are estimates based on your data and are labelled as estimates. They are not a guarantee of future savings. After a change, measured savings are calculated against a baseline adjusted for weather and output where that data is available.

Automatic control of equipment is off by default. If you enable it, you choose the loads, limits, time windows and override rules. You remain responsible for confirming that these settings are safe for your equipment, processes and people, and for maintaining local manual overrides. Every automatic action is logged.

Carbon ledgers and ESG report drafts are prepared from the data you provide or connect, using emission factors and methods disclosed in each report. Reports are prepared for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and submitting any disclosure, and final reporting remains your responsibility.

You own the energy and site data you connect. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, sites or data that are not yours.
• Do not probe, disrupt or overload the service or its gateways.
• Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the service to control equipment in ways that endanger people or breach safety regulations.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common working hours where possible. Edge gateways buffer data locally during network outages. Support levels depend on your plan.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production or penalties from your utility.

You can cancel at any time through your account or the contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice where practical. On request we return or delete your data after the service ends.

We will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email of material changes to these terms.
