A site is one physical location with its own utility connection: a plant, a building, a hotel or a campus. A campus with one incomer and many buildings is one site.
No setup fee for software. If you need the Ionvik edge gateway it is a one-time $390 per site, included on annual Reactor plans.
Yes. Add sites at any time and the per-site price moves to the plan tier your site count qualifies for from the next billing cycle.
No. Users are unlimited. Each plan includes a generous number of metered channels per site, and larger sites can add channels in blocks of 40.
We analyse one month of your bills and meter data and send a report of estimated recoverable savings with the evidence behind each one. It does not require a subscription.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Local currency invoicing is available on annual plans.
